We are a specialist in manufacturing column (Riser) pipes and energy efficient submersible pumps. Our products are broadly used in different industries. Some of the application ares for our pumps and pipes are:

• The submersible pumps are used in the field of industrial water supply, farming irrigation, fire fighting jockey pumps, hotels , hospitals, multi-storied building and civil mining.
• The domestic water supply products are used in hospitals, hotels, garages, industrial solar heating systems, pressure boosting, air conditioning industries and oil fluid transforming industries.
• The Rex (Multistage Booster System) is suitable for drinking water, used for domestic, civil and industrial purpose, distribution from sumps, irrigation gardens and transfer from one tank to another in multi-storied buildings.
• The Lord (Centrifugal Monoblock Pumps) are used for agriculture, domestic and gardening activities, air conditioning & refrigeration, water transfer and industrial and auto service station.

Quality Assurance

Quality is the essence of our business practices. We strictly follow various national & international norms & standards like ISI, ASTM and ISO. Our quality control section has a special cell for SPC & SQC for analyzing the day-to-day data to ensure superiority of our products. Our quality control procedure starts even before manufacturing of products. Adequate measures are taken to ensure that only high quality raw material are used for manufacturing. We have set up a special Electrical and Hydraulic testing laboratory to develop & test product for greater performance.

The various quality checking processes are done in accordance to the standards of SPC-SQC, Parrato Puppet, IS 12818, IS 4985, IS 8034 and IS 9283. To further ensure the quality and value, we get our product tested and inspected through certified laboratories & agencies such as EQDC, BIS, ERDA, CIPET, RITES, SGS & NSIC. It is only after obtaining the final approval from the concerned agencies that the products are delivered to our valuable customers.

Manufacturing Facility

Our world class manufacturing facility is one of its kind. Well equipped with modern and sophisticated machinery, it is the backbone of all our business operations and activities. We have successfully implemented a number of state-of-the-art systems / machines from Japan like KANBAN, KALZEN, 6 SIGMA & 5S etc, to achieve an incomparable production capability. The whole operation including the control panel and CNC machines is monitored through a fully computerized set up, which is also equipped with all the safety measures as laid down by the Factory Act. Some of the machines installed at our facility include:

• Paint bath.

All these machines are operated and maintained by a trained workforce, who take care of fulfilling the bulk demands of our customers. The cost efficiency gained is further transferred to our customers to deliver complete value to them. In addition, we have set up our own Research and Development unit which deeply analysis the trends in technology, market and consumer needs, to bring out excellent and effective designs. Also, the unit is well provided with the latest Electrical & Mechanical design software with CAD – CAM facilities.
